In the interest of providing for the safety and security of District students and staff, the Elida Local School District Board of Education has authorized one or more persons to convey or possess a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance on property owned or operated by the Board and in other areas designated as school safety zones in accordance with O.R.C. § 2923.122(D)(1)(d)(ii).
