Important News for Parents

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with FinalForms- an online forms and data management service.

• FinalForms allows you to complete and sign academic and athletic forms for your student(s) while saving you time!

1. All current parents/guardians within the district will receive an e-mail from FinalForms next week.
2. Once received, click CONFIRM YOUR ACCOUNT in the e-mail.
3. Create your new FinalForms password. Next, click CONFIRM ACCOUNT.
4. Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
5. Students participating in Fall athletics can proceed with filling out the registration forms. 
6. All other families do not complete any forms until August. 

• If you do not receive this e-mail you must contact the school and provide us with a good working e-mail address.
• Any additional questions please call your student's school office prior to June 1st.
