Lady Dawgs Soccer Camp

REGISTRATION FORM 

WHO: Any girl entering K - 8^th grade for the next year

WHAT: A camp to expose young players to the basics fundamentals of soccer

WHEN: Tuesday, May 30^th thru Friday, June 2nd from 6:00-7:30

WHERE: Practice fields across from the Middle School

All girls entering K-8^th grade are invited to join our Lady Dawgs Soccer Camp for four days of fun! The clinic will be run by Elida High School Soccer coaches and players.

The fee for the camp will be $35 and will include a T-shirt for all players.

Please submit the following form and the fee to Coach Mitchell Monfort prior to the camp. Cash or check is acceptable. Make checks payable to: ELIDA GIRLS SOCCER CLUB.
