Open Enrollment Deadline
The deadline for OPEN ENROLLMENT is August 1, 2026.
Open Enrollment is for students that have been approved to attend
Elida Local Schools but do not live in Elida School District. See complete details below.
NEW student(s): You must enroll student(s) online thru FinalForms. The link can be found linked here & on the District Website under “Forms & Links”, "Kindergarten – 12th Grade Registration for 2026-2027.” You will be asked to create a password, complete all forms listed, and upload ALL necessary documents. This must be done prior to August 1st or you may lose your seat and the open enrollment will be overturned.
Current Open Enrollment RENEWAL student(s): If your child attended Elida School for the 2025-2026 school year, you will not have to register again. HOWEVER, you must complete all forms listed in FinalForms, AND upload a new proof of residency. Acceptable proofs are listed here & on the school Forms & Links page. This must be completed prior to August 1st or you may lose your seat and the open enrollment will be overturned.
